IFS COMPETENCY MANAGER
Key Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to IT Director, the incumbent will be in charge of implementing IFS Applications 9 across Head Office in Europe and subsidiaries in Africa as a single ERP system.
He / She will :
- Set up the competency centre
- Reporting to management and the Steering Committee on the progress of the project
- Manage the competency centre
- Provide leadership and guidance to other competency centre members
- Work closely with project manager to ensure core model build is delivered on time and on budget
- Act as guardian of Company's core model and established processes
- Ensure core model business processes are respected and apply corrections with the users when necessary
- Ensure the appropriate execution of the operational processes across the sites
- Provide leadership and strategy to the Company's competency centre and ongoing IFS developments
- Act as an advisor to senior stakeholders regarding solution capabilities and possible solutions to business challenges
- Establish solid working relationships with key business stakeholders and an understanding of segment business models
- Provide meaningful ideas and processes to improve the overall group performance. Provide feedback to management for improvement of the team
- Manage and monitoring software enhancements and evolutions
- Manage day to day user support (user access, passwords, other issues)
- Ensure timely resolution of user issues by the competency centre
