Batch Driver (G2) - Buea, Cameroon - Temp Appointment (364 days)

UNICEF Cameroon is hiring two temporary Batch Drivers (G2) in Buea for a 364-day appointment.

As a Driver at the G-2 level, you will provide reliable, safe, and secure transportation services for staff and officials. This includes maintaining the assigned vehicle and documenting vehicle-related information. You are expected to demonstrate a client-oriented approach and a high sense of professionalism, tact, and responsibility.

Responsibilities

Transport UNICEF staff and officials safely and on time
Ensure day-to-day maintenance of the vehicle
Maintain vehicle logs, reports, and documentation
Adhere strictly to local driving laws and security protocols
Operate effectively in a challenging and volatile context

Requirements

Education: Secondary education required. Primary education accepted with at least 3 years' driving experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years driving experience with an international organization, embassy, or UN system. Proven safe driving record required.
Languages: Fluency in English and basic French. Knowledge of a local language is an asset.
Other: Valid driver's license and understanding of local traffic rules.
