Job - Customer Service Representative / Customer Support agent
As part of its expansion and development of its activities, an international company in the e-commerce sector is looking for the needs of its services for highly motivated peoples to ensure its online customer service.
As a member of the team your role will be to answer the different requests of the users by mail only.
Note: This is a home job the applicant must have a computer / tablet or smartphone at his disposal, friendly for this type of activity and access to the internet.
Your responsibilities include:
- Respond to email client requests using the company's email system
- Moderate items sold by users to ensure compliance with terms of service
- Participate and contribute to weekly online exchanges and meetings.
Profile:
- We are looking for organized, rigorous, autonomous people because home based job requires a lot of rigor.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
- Experience in the fields: customer service/support, in the ecommerce or call center would be an asset
- An experience in sales, marketing and commercial would be a plus
- Basic notions in computer science, office automation
- Good writing skills in English will be to your advantage
Prerequisites
- Minimum GCE O level with good English writing skills (GCE A level is recommended)
- A computer, tablet or a good smartphone at your disposal
- Regular access to the internet
- A friendly workspace and one or more available time slots
- Google Gmail and Skype account or create one if you are selected
Note: for a start, you can conduct this activity with your regular job and if you are fulfilled the workload will be increased gradually according to your abilities and skills.
