Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented B2B Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in B2B service sales
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Strong relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and driven by results
- Motivated to meet and surpass ambitious sales goals
- Fluency in French or English (bilingual proficiency is a strong advantage)
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying, prospecting, and securing new B2B clients
- Building, managing, and growing a high-value client portfolio
- Leading negotiations and successfully closing service contracts
- Ensuring ongoing client support and maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Partnering with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute impactful sales strategies
- Utilizing digital marketing insights to enhance prospecting and sales efforts
- Demonstrating expertise in online client acquisition through social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
