Plan International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HIV & TB Coordinator to join our team in Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HIV and TB specific aspects of community directed interventions and humanitarian activities under the Global Fund GC7 Humanitarian Subgrant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with district civil society organizations, Mother Mentors, TB Mentors, TB Sample transporters, CHWS, and other relevant stakeholders to implement HIV and TB specific aspects of community directed interventions and humanitarian activities.
- Assist the RFS in planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating GC7 HIV and TB Specific project activities for the Northwest and Southwest regions.
- Ensure the achievement of project objectives and indicators aligned with Global Fund malaria proposal goals for Cameroon.
Requirements
- First degree in health science or public health, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project design, coordination/management, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, team and office management, or related field.
- Experience in community health practice is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
