Application File Composition
The application file must include the following documents:
- A stamped application addressed to the Rector of the University of Bertoua.
- A certified photocopy of the birth certificate.
- A detailed and signed curriculum vitae.
- Certified photocopies of all diplomas from the Baccalaureate or GCE Advanced Level onwards.
- One copy of the PhD thesis, dissertation, or equivalent.
- A certificate of presentation of the original of the highest diploma.
- Copies of articles or publications, if applicable.
- For candidates with a Master's as their highest diploma, attach the thesis selection decision and a duly signed progress report on the thesis work.
- A medical certificate issued by a public hospital physician.
- Four 4x4 identity photos.
- A photocopy of the National Identity Card.
- A copy of the N°3 criminal record.
- A certificate of nationality.
- Any document proving pedagogical experience.
- A sworn statement attesting to the authenticity of the documents and the candidate's effective availability.
- For candidates with disabilities, a copy of the disability card.
Complete application files must be submitted to the Department of Academic Affairs and Cooperation (DAAC) of the University of Bertoua no later than September 10, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
