International Consultant for Data Management and Tools Production (WAPT) - WASH
UNICEF is seeking an international consultant to provide technical support for the preparation and coding of data in the WAPT and ensure that the final WAPT studies are accurate and complete. The consultant will also strengthen the capacity and knowledge of the WASH Accounts Country Team in the TrackFin methodology and its application, data preparation for import into the WAPT, and the use of the WAPT.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the preparation and coding of data in the WAPT
- Ensure that the final WAPT studies are accurate and complete
- Strengthen the capacity and knowledge of the WASH Accounts Country Team in the TrackFin methodology and its application, data preparation for import into the WAPT, and the use of the WAPT
- Facilitate Workshop 3 and facilitate Workshop 4
- Provide technical support to the WASH account implementation process, mainly in steps 3 and 4
- Conduct Technical Reviews No. 2 and No. 3
- Produce comprehensive and high-quality WAPT ptstudy files, aligned with the TrackFin methodology, and support for the production of the WASH accounts data summary
Requirements
- A minimum of seven years' professional experience in the field of public financial management (PFM), including costing, financial data analysis, economic modelling, or related fields
- Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting is an asset; Experience in the WASH/health sectors is a strong asset.
- Good knowledge of the WASH Accounts Production Tool (WAPT) or similar tools is an asset.
- Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergencies is considered an asset.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written); English is an asset.
